I think it helps our coaches are younger and more hip to the game. Butch is the oldest and he's only 47. Azzani and Gillespi (our lead recruiters) are both pretty young and grew up during the hip-hop generation. Most of the other staffs we're recruiting against are more old school (Marc Richt, Nick Saban, etc.).
