I know where you're coming from, but there has been plenty of discussion on this board about UGA's "commit to the G" slogan and have no problem with anyone referencing to a player they believe will end up committing to them, Vol fan or not. Wish people would stop trying to build themselves up by attacking others. If you don't believe someone has valid info, why not make a "note to self" and see what happens and let the rest of us enjoy their input as we choose. As has already been said several times, we will all know if the poster is valid or not, just let events unfold over time. Time is the greatest lie detector ever invented!!

Only reason posting again is because some are questioning my loyatly to TN...that is flat out disturbing considering all I do for the University. As a native of Knoxville and someone who grew up going to all the games with my father every Sat for my entire life I find it pretty annoying that just because I shared information from friends of mine that are HEAVILY involved in the recruiting process at UGA that I am now a fan of UGA.
I do a ton for the university even though i didn't graduate from there. I am a proud member of the NDS and when TN needs to get their coaches somewhere for recruiting, appearances, or anything else I always take care of them when available.

As I mentioned before. I never said Nigel wasn't coming to TN...simply that UGA was giving it their best effort and that the DC factor was not what some people on this board were making it out to be...simple as that.

Mecole Hardman totally different story....and I will stick to it. He will be at UGA

I will give you another one you can take to the bank shortly as well. One that us Volfans will be proud of. My record will speak for yourself...simple as that.

Already have my season tickets and made my donation so thanks but no thanks. I was on the fence about you till this little bit shows up. You could've just kept posting whatever and doing your thing. Regardless if these guys commit to Georgia or not, you could have inside info and these 18 year olds will screw it up. I don't care what you posts good or bad. Exactly. I also like both chocolate and vanilla ice cream. It's a real burden to like multiple things and yet still maintain a favorite, and I'm admittedly envious of those who have it so easy because they're only capable of liking one item at a time. (it's chocolate btw)

It is impossible to be a fan of both the Vols and any other football team. You might be able to get by with respecting a team but not being a fan. It's science.

My soon to be Ex In-Laws live in Bamer and are true Bamer bandwagoneers, I know 16x more about Bama football then they do (sad).

I've raised my kids right to be proper Vols fans, and the soon to be Ex In-Laws continue to tell them they can be fans of both. I explain to my kids exactly what you said above.

Their Grandparents should not lie to them, it's wrong.

I can see wanting a team to win if it causes a team you especially despise to lose. I can get behind that. I would probably say that I have a temporary affinity for that team rather than casual fandom though. We are on the same page though I think.

My VFL brother and his wife had great jobs in the Huntsville area of that God forsaken state. Their two children are Bama fans despite their teaching. Luckily, the wife got a huge job opportunity with TVA and the family has moved back to God's country in Farragut! Maybe the children can be saved. Time shall tell. Go big damn orange! Buck Fama!
