How does snatching her out of her vehicle, threatening her with a taser, almost breaking her wrists, and throwing her to the ground strike you?

Pennsylvania v. Mimms, a 1977 U.S. Supreme Court decision, says it's reasonable and not a violation of the Fourth Amendment for an officer to order a motorist to exit their vehicle following a traffic stop and conduct a pat-down to check for weapons.

If you dont get out you get snatched out!

Cops always threaten with a taser before use,,,its called a warning, comply or it WILL be used

Look in all seriousness you can't pull someone over without reasonable suspicion and even then you can't order them to put out their cigarette!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What if they use it as a weapon. You ever been burnt by one? Hurts like hell.

Well if she would have got out immediately he wouldn't have pulled the taser

She had to put it out because he asked her too

I had a lake cop ask me too take off my sunglasses...I did!

If he asks you to rub your belly while burping the alphabet, do you have to?

Hmmmm

Any speculation?

I think I know who it is, but I'm not saying.

I don't really know. I thought when Volbeast came in and gave his disapproval of the cop's actions that we might now get anybody defending him. I suppose I was wrong. Whoever it is they're laying it on pretty thick. I guess it may just be a random troll.

I didn't give a shiz the first time you posted it. 9 elitists opinion who are dressed in robes don't mean a lot to me.

Got pulled over on the way to the beach a few years ago. Trooper asked who threw something out the window. My father in law said it was him that threw a dirty diaper out the window. Trooper asked him nicely to walk back to get it. Father in law declined and trooper wrote him a ticket.

I saw a YouTube video about the best way to set my side mirrors so blind spots are no longer an issue.

I also learned a better way to eat bananas, apparently I was doing that wrong for 51 years.

I don't know what I find more scary.

The fact you learned to drive from YouTube...

Or you didn't learn to drive until you were 51.

:p
