I had to get a original copy of my birth certificate and did it online. It may be your best route.

Yeah. We live too far away to just drive to the vr office. Someone got left out of the will and is stalling everything and preventing her from access to the certiificate.

Yes. But she is reluctant to move because of her parents and the grand baby. So much so, she's thinking of taking a cut in pay. It has me at my wits end.
