Other than the night prior to 9/11, is there anything special about Wednesday?

So you are willing to send in ground troops once again? Put more young Americans lives on the line for this bs? Where else are we gonna have to "make the world safe for democracy" in your opinion? Might as well since we're over there huh? Turn the tv and talk radio off man, you are believing the war mongers propaganda.
We should get the hell out of the Middle East ASAP and don't look back.

Let them kill each other, they've been doing it since Isaac and Ishmael. Who cares.

And btw, we have a veteran health care crisis in this country with the va. Why not take care of the troops who've already been over there fighting this bs before thinking about sending more over there.

I want to nuke them. No boots needed. That way they can expand their exports to include glass

Exactly. Doing nothing is a strategy even if it's because he doesn't have a clue what's going on

You know, I'd be more than happy if he would get on TV and admit it.

"America, much as you've suspected, I have no idea what's going on. And furthermore, I really have no idea what to do."

I had this same belief probably 4-5 years ago. But right now, it just doesn't make sense. Western countries have been meddling in Middle East affairs for nearly 100 years (Sykes-Picot), yet our solution to the problem we created is to bomb them into antiquity.

We've been taught to hate what we don't understand.

Even if he did in fact have a strategy, would he come out and detail it? In broad terms, he had said he will continue airstrikes and humanitarian aide. What more is he supposed to say? Especially if the strategy is to let this play out but not get out of control, ie, prevent ISIS from planting a flag at the US embassy or overrun the Iraqi government.

Of course he would, being the arrogant narcissist that he is.. didn't his administration on more than one occasion leak out details of classified information in regards to thwarted terrorist plots and failed rescue attempts? Anything to make himself and this administration look better, effin pathetic. In a New York minute!

well either we do it, or we let them do it and then who ever comes out on top will start looking to come after the 'great satan'

US, Israeli Military Advisors Accused of Aiding ISIL Arrested in Iraq / Sputnik International

Three of the arrested military advisors are dual citizens of the United States and Israel, while the fourth advisor is from a Persian Gulf country, Iraq’s Sarma News Agency said.

The foreign military advisors were captured in a headquarters, from where the Islamic State organized its military operations in Iraq’s Northern Province of Nineveh.

:sigh:

If I had to guess what Persian Gulf country this 4th guy is from, I would put my money on Saudi Arabia.

Can't do anything now. Iraq's Iranian masters and Dick Cheney friends wanted us out, so Maliki forced us out.

Isn't it funny, how we get rid of two of Iran's greatest existential threats in Saddam's Iraq and in Sunni Taliban Afghanistan?

Coincidence? Or Dick Cheney helping out his Iranian oil partners?

You make the call.

Yes. It's a conspiracy from the second highest office in America. Dick Cheney is behind it all. Hide your kids...... Hide your wives......
