I suppose I should edit my original remarks.

British and DTH don't know jack-all about beer

:p

I actually like all kinds of beer. Some nice English selections are Boddingtons, tally ho, taddy porter and many more. I like to sit back with a nice cigar or pipe and have a nice beer or 6 lol

Now, now. Lol

I actually can't drink many domestic mass produced beers anymore. My palate has completely changed. They taste weird to me now.

Edit
I'm more of a craft beer guy. My favorite brewery being Good People here in Birmingham. A close second is straight to ale in Huntsville. Wonderful stuff.

I'll agree about the craft beers. Colorado is a great State for that.

But in TEOTWAWKI, you know you ain't gonna be picky about PBR

Just claim the black helicopters flew over your house and left a chem trail. That'll chase them off.

I actually appreciate when people find Jones. It means they're searching for truth. They won't find it at infowars, but at least they're looking.
Jones is simply a charlatan. It's actually entertaining from time to time. How can these folks sit there and listen to him espouse who's to blame for this and that, yet give 0 solutions. Plus, there's always a crisis at infowars lol
Whew! Rant over lol

Lol..... He was rather curt with his answer

But at least he didn't give the cop the finger...

As awesome as it is to watch a cop get shutdown so easily, the most incredible part of all of this just may be the officer’s reaction. He didn’t puff out his chest and make threats or harass the man further, he accepted the refusal and walked away. It is a sad sign of the times that an officer respecting someone’s rights is noteworthy.

Hats off to the cop. He did the right thing and I commend him for it. In this instance the cop was the good guy and the citizen was the jerk.

You could move there and find out.
…or we could just google it
"British citizens are around 100 times less likely to be shot by a police officer than Americans. Between 2010 and 2014, the police force of one small American city — Albuquerque in New Mexico — shot and killed 23 civilians; seven times more than the number of Brits killed by all of England and Wales’s 43 forces during the same period.

If and when this country truly goes to complete shiite I may move back to the Netherlands. I retained my citizenship (dual citizenship) for that reason.

Good call on the Amsterdam vacation

Couple of gems:

Fairfax County Cops Release Dashcam Video of 2009 Shooting of Bipolar Unarmed Veteran Over Ripping Flowers

David Masters of Fredericksburg was shot and killed by Fairfax County police Officer David Scott Ziants on Nov. 13, 2009, as Masters drove on Route 1 in the Alexandria area of Fairfax County. Masters was unarmed and had ripped some flowers out of a planter in front of a business, which led to the police pursuit.

On Wednesday, the Fairfax police released the dash cam video from Ziants’s car. The actual shooting is not visible, but the sounds of the shots can be heard (at 1:49), followed by another officer apparently telling Ziants, “What are you doing? Hold up! Whoa! Hold up! The —- you doing dude? Come on.”

Fairfax Commonwealth’s Attorney Raymond F. Morrogh ruled in January 2010 that Ziants had not committed a crime, because Ziants believed that Masters was driving a stolen car, was reaching for a gun and had run over another officer, none of which was true. Ziants was allowed to remain on the force until May 2011, when then-Chief David M. Rohrer fired Ziants.

Georgia Cops Shoot and Kill 72-Year-old Cancer Patient in His Own Bathroom

Officers were responding to a 9-1-1 about 72-year-old Joseph Roy. Roy’s neighbor placed the call and said Roy was suicidal.

Minutes after arriving, Gwinnett County police officers opened fire on Roy, a cancer patient who had been barricaded in his bathroom. He was hit twice and died.

According to Sherry Lang with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, “The subject opened the door, and started yelling threats at the officers and then charged the officers with a knife.”

He was armed with a steak knife.

Apparently the officers feared for their lives as an elderly cancer patient hobbled toward them with an eating utensil. Instead of simply running away, or deploying a taser, or pepper spray, they decided it would be best to use lethal force and end the man’s life.

The head on Boddingtons is criminally under-rated. The beer itself is okay. Had a couple during my "drink the world" event I threw for the 2014 World Cup.

Isnt the statistics kind of similar when comparing violent crime between the two countries?
