I hadn't heard that Izundu eliminated us. I know he is making announcement on the 15th.

Where did he eliminate us?

Check his thread, there was a copy/paste of an interview with him (not his coach) - we are not even mentioned among his choices, Izundu makes it soulnd like it is a Miami (Dump) versus Cincy (another Dump).

I wonder about all this.

That article does not mean he eliminated us. It's cherry picked quotes and we don't even know all the questions he was asked. lol

This. And from the quote "I'm not deciding anything until after Arkansas" I'm as worried about them as Cinci or The Cuban Corner.

People have bad him pegged to Tennessee before he even got his release, since then his coach has gone to the extreme to downplay Tennessee, and it's very possible Izundu is doing the exact same thing.

Hope so. As raw as Kasongo and Alexander(hopefully) will be adding him is a big need. Imo

So, at this rate will we be a better team overall this year you think?

I have been wondering this as well. It's hard to tell because we lose so much with Josh graduating. If Turner doesn't suck as a freshman, hopefully well at least get to .500. Buy if we land another impact guy or two before the season starts, I would think we will easily beat out last year's team.

Also tough to predict how the remaining player progress and aclimate to another style of play.

I agree with you on Turner tho. If he comes in balling, its hard for me to image not improving on last yrs mark.

Was thinking this as well, I think the number is 3. If they miss on Izundu it may not be, but I think it ends up at 3 more, making this a 7 man class.

I think you see at least 1 of Mostella and Baulkman going. Baulkman not getting surgery to repair his shoulder wasn't a good move on his part, imo.

If it healed and he can play painless, why is it a bad move? Sounds like you're repeating BTO's opinion.

Biggest improvement: coaching

It's been hinted at on at least 1 pay site that it's still giving him issues, and it will continue to until he gets it fixed.

I'm not even sure what it was that he tore in his shoulder, but I dont think it's common for shoulders to just heal up over the summer.

Like you said, I have no idea what he actually tore, but I had a buddy who had a torn labrum in his shoulder and put off getting surgery for over a year. It definitely never got better on its own.
