CTT May not be gone

don't want to believe it, especially since Fulmer said that no one on his current staff was being considered (this while TT was on staff) and Chris Low reiterated that just a few days ago. But you never know. TT also said it wasn't going to work out. HV said he's already moved for whatever that is worth.

The rumor and intrigue this process is starting to resemble a Baptist Pastor search committee.

It's pathetic watching everybody try to get the inside scoop and be the first to know.

If this rumor proves true, the church will implode.

I really don't see it happening. He has moved to Stillwater and his office is cleaned out. The farewells have been sent. Move along people, nothing to see here.

gotta wonder why the media keeps popping TT's name up.
He spent his entire time at Tennessee sucking up to the media. They're just repaying him for being accessible by making him seem about 1,000 times more qualified and important than he is.

Can they not just move on like TT and UT? Every other day some news company pulls this crap. How much sucking up did he do?

i mean surely Knoxville and Chattanooga can come up with better stories right? There has to be something at least remotely interesting to write about. Doesn't there? Does Fulmer have this thing so tight lipped that they must create a new Chest Bump story to move the story along?

I like Troop as a coach and recruiter, but some would say as far as sucking up to the media he made Jenna Jameson look like a virgin in that regard.

can you imagine what would happen with our "insiders" if Hubbs made some story up about TT possibly staying?

Well, how hard would it be to put together a competitive package?

Fulmer: Hey Troop, I'll make you co-OC but not let you run the offense.
Trooper: Gee, sounds good to me.
.....cut to Fulmer and Trooper chest bumping in Phil's office

What is the deal, if he's already moved on why is this even a story? Sounds like someone is trying to create a story where this isn't one.

That is the same position he got at OSU. CPF wasn't into the whole Co-OC thing and CTT nor Adkins are worthy of the position alone.

Well then, I guess the OSU job would be better at this point. Maybe Fulmer can fatten the package by paying for the moving company.

Because its the media, newsflash, "media throws baseless story out to get attention" :whistling:

OK umm maybe I should rephrase it... "why is anyone listening to it", but thanks for sharing your newsflash... I'm a conservative, I would have never guess the media to be capable of such things. :whatever:

The only difference is no one here gets to VOTE on this...baptists, however, will vote on ANYTHING
