Being prepared for the questions is far different than the original claim you made, which is "canned and pre-programmed", meaning that the questions were toned down and or weeded out to make Putin look good. I don't think the questions were edited or crafted. Most of them were pretty pointed... even the Judo question where the guy wanted the government to takeover the old buildings that used to teach Judo years ago.

It's the same thing. Canned and pre-programmed questions that he can be prepared for.

Did anyone ask any really tough questions? Like perhaps "how do you feel about so called Russian volunteers going to fight in the Ukraine?"

Uhh oh, 1 hr 19 minute mark, he mentions France and Germany being against the War in Iraq and how they have a desire to be independent of US influence in their decision making. Keep in mind, this video was shot over the summer. So this is actually foreshadowing the developments we saw this week regarding the Ukraine.

You do know these events are scripted events right? This is all through his Nashi group, his party version of the Hitler Youth. They have their camps, trainings, indoctrinations, etc. Notice their shirts matching with the backgrounds, the placards they all hold, etc. This particular event is good indoctrination for those teaching and leading in politics, economics, etc.

You a big fan of group indoctrination of the young? Young Pioneers? Hitler Youth?

Or "since we criticize the US on getting involved in everyone else's business wouldn't it be wise for us to do the same? Shouldn't we seal our border with Ukraine and let them sort out their interior problems like we tell people we do when we butcher entire Chechen or Dagestani towns and people criticize us?"

I mean if the US is bad for sticking its nose everywhere maybe someone should ask Putin why it is then OK to invade neighbors or stick his nose in Serbia, Kosovo, Syria, Greece, Israel, Ukraine, Iran, Afghanistan (should have learned their lesson), etc.

Proof? Or is that as usual too much to ask. What in what I said makes me brainwashed? Are you saying Nashi is not what I said it is? Or that this is in no way connected with Nashi? Or that this is not scripted?

I hate to burst your bubble of undying loyalty to Comrade Putin but this authoritarian dictator is taking bits and pieces from his Soviet past and applying to Russia. You may want to do some research on Nashi, what it represents, what Putin is doing with it, and all the offshoots from it as well. Call me anything you like but it you truly look at all this background and still say Putin is a great man with democratic, liberty minded principles you'd be smoking something. I guess basically you are just saying you are into fascist, authoritarian type of government. Which, to each his own. But just go ahead and admit you like this kind of leader and government.

When the guy sees Russia just dumped on Minsk I can you blame him? When he sees more and more heavy equipment moving to the front and the orders to take Debaltseve by Sunday can you blame him? When the Russian terrorists have gone against their word endless times can you blame him? Seeing Ilovaisk and the massacre Russians gave there, I cannot fault him. To date Moscow and its puppets have NEVER given anything in good faith to prove their word. When your opponent increases shelling civilian areas after Minsk II and rushes to move even more heavy equipment up it becomes impossible to take them seriously.

Would you believe people who have lied over and over and then take a new promise in good faith even as their movements still indicate lying? Be honest.

No one is saying Putin is a communist. He more Czar or even near fascist than anything else. Though he does long for the days of the Soviet Union in the sense of Russia being a super power again.

And these are rumors. There is no factual proof of any of this. It's an info war against Putin and Russia and I must say you do a fabulous job doing your part.

Kiev has been reported several times of breaking cease fires and committing atrocities against civilians in the east. Are these reported in western media? No, only one side is reported and that's the side that fits the American agenda....most of it being outright lies..

OSCE reports that kinda stuff if you bothered to read their reports.

and are you telling me if you agreed to a ceasefire, stopped fighting and then was attacked by the other side who also agreed you wouldn't pick the fight back up? that is what happened to Ukraine. the fighting never stopped at the airport, the main front lines paused and when it was clear the rebels weren't going to leave off the general engagement opened back up.

Rumors??? Please show me where DNR/LNR and Russia kept their part of Minsk I. PLEASE show me proof they abided by this. Even the neutered OSCE states this. I'd love to see ANY proof. Rumors. You really are lousy at legitimate debate.

Outright lies? So all these busstop shellings that are all on video that the OSCE says come from the direction of these "freelancers" are lies as well? What about this shelling of a freaking kindergarden this morning in Artemivsk?

While we are at it, please prove to me the "lie" in the massacre under a truce of killing the soldiers and civilians in Ilovaisk. The DNR/LNR "freelancers" agree to an exit corridor and then shell the entire corridor killing all trying to leave. But somehow all of those dead are a Western lie as well right?

How are neo-Nazis letting Jews in their group? It really is odd that Nazis would allow Jews to join their units. Maybe they are just Nazis but not anti-Semitic? A little different from the anti-Semite leader of the DNR. Zakarchenko is not a fan of "miserable Jews". But he's one of your heroes in this right?

No.

While the volunteer battalions are separate from the Ukrainian military. They are registered with the Interior Ministry and have agreed to accept the commands from both the Ministry of Interior and Defense. Sometime in the past few months I think legislation was passed to bring all the volunteer battalions into the National Guard but allowed them to keep their identity so to speak.

However, I can't remember where I read or saw this, the Right Sector battalion refused to become part of either agreement so who knows what their status is.
