I'm not sure why this has been so hard for people to grasp.

All I can say is this:

Athletes dismissed from the team for violating team or school code (both things Paulk allegedly did) typically are revoked access to the Thornton Center.

I've seen Paulk in the Thornton maybe 50 times since this incident.

I've also had players tell me the story was quite twisted in favor of the girl but obviously I take that with a grain of salt.

Time will tell.

Paulk has thought (and told people) from day one that he felt he had a good chance to "work" his way back onto the team. I have never heard any indication from anyone around the program that is not a player that believes this is the case. They have planned and recruited as if he is gone for good.

Maybe I read your post wrong but until he is officially back they should recruit like he isn't on the team.

Nope. While they may not keep the same study hours as (former) teammates, they keep them on at the Thornton Center to ensure that they leave the program in good academic standing so they don't hurt the APR score.

Yea, you're actually right on that. I double checked today. Regardless from what I have heard, it does seem to be trending towards him being reinstated.

Every other situation I've seen similar to Paulk from a punishment perspective typically meant the player didn't come back. I ran with the assumption that that must be the rule but you are correct.

Are you alleging the girlfriend falsely accused Paulk? Did the multiple witnesses listed on the incident report falsely accuse him too?
