Newsome LOVES UT. Hes coming on an unofficial visit with his parents after the quiet period ends. I wouldnt be surprised to see Newsome committ then and we take him instead of another RB.

I'd still hope we get Love even with Newsome, because speed.

Wow! RPP with the nuclear bomb! So, we are only going to take 2 true RBs this class?? That gives us only 3 legit RBs on the roster, unless the coaches know we are getting a legit RB transfer from somewhere that won't count against the numbers. I don't like the sound of only having 3 RBs with one being a true FR, unless Paulk will definitely be reinstated.

Fixing up his retirement home in Hawaii, or at least that's what he said. He's probably lurking, but doesn't have 12 hours a day to debate the numbers and everything else that he likes to "discuss" on here.

After Pat Allen, I think Jones is the most important recruit left that we have to sign. It's not that I feel Dormady or Jennings will not pan out. Quite the opposite. I think both are great additions. I'm of the mindset (in college and pro) that in order to be an elite team you have to have an elite QB. Adding another QB to the class only increases the odds of at least one of them being elite. Let the competition begin...

I talked to Sheriron Jones at Semper Fi media day today and the feeling I got is that Tennessee is way out in front in his recruitment.

He's considering a host of visits in January but the Vols look very good for him. Said he hasn't heard one word from the new Florida staff so the Gators are significantly trailing.

I didn't realize it until I just rewatched his film, but Jones is a very similar player to Dobbs.
