Allen is the latest addition to the list, after decommitting from Georgia earlier this evening. The big offensive lineman will decide between the Bulldogs, Tennessee, LSU, and Oklahoma during the second full commercial break in the fourth quarter. The favorite for Allen is Tennessee, as he has a good relationship with Butch Jones and Don Mahoney, but he speaks very highly of both the Sooners and Tigers as well.
