Obama admin has done a good job managing the economic crisis of Bush

Reagan did not have people sniping at him 24/7. The economy was NOWHERE near as bad as the one Obama inherited.

And yet, if this recovery continues, it will be the greatest economic salvage in modern history. I know you hate to admit you were wrong. Sure looks like you were.

Obama is doing nothing positive for the economy and wouldn't regardless of the situation he "inherited". He's a true liberal willing to spend whatever to buy his constituents.

You may want to go back and do some research on this. Interest rates were sky high and so was unemployment..... And that was when people kept looking for work instead of dropping out of the labor force and skewing the numbers.

I completely understand how important the economy is. That said, after the ignorance of basically apologizing to the terrorist in Benghazi for killing Americans because they were offended over a video, obama could hand me a million dollars and I could care less. So what, we sale our pride and be all giddy no matter how much hate and disrespect he has for America simply over money? Not me.

That was a different era CP. Back then people had pride, most wanted to get ahead and have a things in life. That was before the Milleniums with a large number of them thinking the world owes them a living came along. It is sad to say but without the immigrants, many of our labor jobs would not get done. God forbid if these young healthy people lay down their Xbox /PlayStation controller and move enough to break a sweat.

No Reagan didn't have people sniping at him 24/7, but Reagan was also likable, reasonable and knew what he was doing.

O inherited a ****ty situation, sure. The difference between him a Reagan was Obama worked to worsen the situation and has sat his successor up for a major downturn. Reagan left both Bush and Clinton a pretty stable situation.

Are you joking? Interest rates when RR took over were insane. 15%+ for mortgages and you had to put 20% down. Now we have 3.5% 30yr FHA loans where you only have to put 3.5% down. Next year you won't have to put anything down.

RR had a month where 1.2 million jobs were created with half the population. We can't even sniff 300k with trillion $ deficits

When you tell an entire generation that they HAVE to get a college degree or else they will be homeless deadbeats, then yes I can see how they would feel like they are owed something after they graduate college with $100k in debt

The baby boomers did work instead of choosing to sit on their butts and draw a government check and food stamps as a way of life.

The baby boomers made it socially acceptable and encouraged people to do so. Face it the generation born during and immediately after WWII is the genesis of most of our problems today.

Stupid is stupid with a degree or not.

The dumbazzes that are 100k in college loan debt should have checked the job market and majored in something that would actually get them job.

What is wrong with 2 years of Community College then transfer to finish degree? That saves thousands of dollars. That is what my children did

Your post suggest the entire generation has a degree with college debt, that is not the case.

You sound like a socialist lib. You understand why they feel like the world owes them a living. The world does not owe anyone a living. These lazy azz bums need to go to work. McDonald's is hiring.

Well the troll got what he wanted out of us. An indignant, knowledgeable response out of those of us that understand what the economy is doing and should be doing and a few likes from his sycophant followers. Well done LG.

It's a thread from a guy who reacts to actual numbers like my wife does spiders (likely with a similar serial of fright) . Everyone should know what to expect by now

Very true. Back then the opposing sides would argue their policies on the floor then go out and have dinner and drinks. That never happens these days.

Would you want to go out drinking with pelosi or reid?

Cyanide maybe... but nothing any weaker.

Reagan reached across the aisle. When has this buffoon ever done that? He has done nothing but tell the Rs that if they will just sign off on his pet project du jour that he will talk about it. Really??? Talk about it after you sign what HE wants into law? That is how he negotiates? A-freaking-mazing.
