You think they wont because they didnt dominate a good team unlike fsu who didnt dominate anyone. Good point.

I simply dont trust Jameis to play mistake free football against a saban team that has 3-4 weeks to prepare and a NC as the goal. And why should i? 3 picks against florida in one half. You cant give those opportunities to a top team. Not just bama but oregon as well.

Could Jameis come out like last night? Sure but his season doesnt suggest that is likely.

Yeah what's to say Blake Sims comes out terrible away from home? He's been suspect on the road all year.

There's 3 teams that were in the mix that I thought could beat Bama. One of them didn't make it and the other two have to play one another first. Kinda sucks.

ND hasn't beaten a single team with a pulse all year. Granted, neither have we, but their best wins are against a 7-5 Rice team and a 7-5 Stanford team. They also lost to a 5-7 Northwestern team and have lost 5 of their last 6 games.

Much more talent? Really, have you actually looked over that roster. That D-line and LB corp is nasty if they focus. The secondary has good athletes headed by Vonn Bell at safety(who's been taking slot WRs out). The offense has playmakers and there's not a Bama CB who can run with Devin Smith.

You all act as if Bama has a coaching advantage. You can hate Urban but the man is as elite as Saban. Stop the madness.....

I'm just really disappointed that Baylor didn't make it in.

I think Baylor could beat Bama. It would be like the Auburn game, except Bama would be going up against an even better offense. Not sure they could keep up with Baylor's offense for four quarters.

They're really bad. Starting some true froshes like we are but they haven't been all-conference like Barnett or solid like TK/Moseley. Iirc Nyles Morgan is one of their starting backers, and they've started a few other froshes. Not to mention Cody Riggs is their startling CB. He's an average, undersized safety playing CB.

By the way, called the Liberty Bowl ticket office inquiring about purchasing some; they said they would know at 2. Might be possible to call back in an hour and find out early.
