How do teams build depth? Someone is always going to be pissed they aren't playing enough.

How at D end? If Barnett or Maggitt get hurt, I would much rather rely on a sophomore than hope another freshman can be Barnett.

If you are watching the title game, Bama can rotate their whole D Line. We do not have this luxury. Neither do most teams but I do not like losing linemen.

Why would either of them transfer? They both have a great chance of playing next year. Especially Hendrix.

It's strange to lose a guy in the 2 deep. Next year he backs up a Senior, gets to play, and would more than likely start as a Junior.

Maybe he misses home.

Oh I don't like it either, but it is what it is. All these kids want immediate playing time and instant gratification. Happens with some and with others it doesn't. Up to the kid whether he can handle it or not. Barnett is a rarity...not many TF can come in and dominate the way he has.
