If he were an early enrollee would he be able to participate in bowl practices and workouts here and be able to still play in thE AA game in early January?

No.

EE's can't participate in bowl practices any more. Not since Jason Allen. There were some new rules put in place that prevent it.

Yes, they can still participate in bowl practices if they are enrolled and through the clearinghouse...just can't travel with the team. The rule changed shortly after Jason Allen traveled with the team to bowl practice. Fwiw, none of our EEs will be on campus until January so none will participate in bowl practices.

Daniel Hood said on the radio that he remembers Matt Milton did.. Said there could've been more EEs that did, but he couldn't remember.

Not sure why people keep saying EEs can't join in bowl practices.

EEs can participate in practices leading up to the bowl game if they have cleared for enrollment, just like they are cleared to participate in practice once they enroll.

However, the new players cannot travel with the team or practice at the bowl site.

Not sure how they would do that when they don't enroll until after bowl games are played.

Would be nice to see his in-home confirmed today. Then at least we know Jones was still out there cruitin for us amid all these rumors!
