...YET. If bama loses; Ole Miss beat both bama, and miss st. already. They could beat mizzu in the SEC Championship.

Ole Miss is already eliminated from making the SEC Championship. So no. They cannot.

AND...anyone making money off the playoffs.

And a very large viewing audience is going to watch it regardless.

You're not going to find the other 4 major conferences (ACC, Big 10, Big 12, Pac 12) throw up their hands and say "well we have to change the system because the SEC didn't get in" (especially since one team from all of their conferences probably would).

The SEC wouldn't be able to make enough of a push for it on its own, nor would the sponsors (who have contracts by the way; the conferences were the ones that created these playoffs, not them) make a major push for a change because of it after one year.
