Has the dead body found in the car found not to be true? Seems it would have made the news by now.
I think the guy on Fox News said it best when he said the evidence had to have been so horrid, they were faced with nothing but a not true call.
I think if there was even a shred of evidence that would have led to an indictment, they likely would have done so in order to avoid what happened last night. Everyone knew it was coming so it's not like the scales of probability weren't in their favor.
I'm just looking forward to tearing through the evidence. We have a lot to read for sure.
The third possible explanation is more benign. Ordinarily, prosecutors only bring a case if they think they can get an indictment. But in high-profile cases such as police shootings, they may feel public pressure to bring charges even if they think they have a weak case.
The prosecutor in this case didnt really have a choice about whether he would bring this to a grand jury, Ben Trachtenberg, a University of Missouri law professor, said of the Brown case. Its almost impossible to imagine a prosecutor saying the evidence is so scanty that Im not even going to bring this before a grand jury.
Michael Brown's step father seemed like a model citizen, pants on the ground and all. Was nice to hear his mom say she don't bother nobody and if anybody says different day a lie. Doesn't she have pending assault charges?
