'15 MD OT Pat Allen

ZDT only brings things that paint UGA in a positive... not realizing that if Chuma flips to UGA, it might cause them to lose one of their current committed OTs.... like Allen

i don't doubt if we do get edoga to go with hardin, seymour, allen, and valentine that it might cause an OT to look elsewhere.. however it might not. time will tell on that. right now what I posted is the latest on Allen whether you like the update or not.

The latest cut and splice is more like it.

the latest update is more like it.. also sounds like edoga won't be an issue since he has decided to stay committed to southern cal and shut down his recruitment. so that's not a concern with allen.

Another one that is not a surprise at all. It's just not realistic to think that kids committed elsewhere are waiting in line to flip to UT because we missed on another recruit. Never thought this one was a real possibility.

IMO it's been either flip Richmond or done at OL for 2015. Just tough to continue to push for DR and sell other committed OT's to consider flipping.

VQ says he's still evaluating things, that he's having a difficult time finding differences between Tennessee/Georgia, and that he will make his final decision on January 4 at the Semper Fi All-American Bowl.

Tennessee is still a factor because of Butch Jones and how hard he has recruited Pat.

There's the latest, whether you like the update or not. Needs to make a final decision.. even though hes already committed. The update from Rusty basically said he was told that Allen was enjoying his visit. Its not like Allen is going to have a bad time and tell everyone it sucked, while he is still in Athens

Yep and Rustys source already missed in Chuma today

Suck it loser.

Per P Fort

Allen said he's in no rush to come up with a final decision and instead will make a final, public pledge on TV at the Semper Fi All-American Bowl on Jan. 4 which will air on Fox Sports 1.

"I want to commit at the Semper Fi game because I want my family to see it," said Allen, who has family spread out across the country. "My family doesn't really see me play, they just know I'm really good at football. So, when I get at Semper Fi and get on TV I get to show them what I'm doing and where I'm going."

Doesn't sound very committed to me ZeroDick&Thirty.

I don't know for sure how this one will go, but whenever a TN commit wants to make another final decision with a public announcement, the recruit never seems to pick us a 2nd time. I'm hoping that works in our favor this time...Allen flips on national TV.

Side note here...

I would put little to zero stock in anything coming from Rusty Mansell. He is the biggest UGA homer of all time. He is like the Chris Smith of UGA.

He goes on 247 and crystal balls practically everyone to UGA. check it out for yourself.

He even predicted Vol lock Nigel Warrior to UGA.

Also, and I think this goes without saying, but nothing "Lebanon Volunteer" says should be taken seriously either...unless you like uninformed opinion after uninformed opinion.

We're in the thick of it for Allen despite what some want to think.

This. The fact that he still needs time to come to a decision and announce where he will go to college--all the while committed to Georgia--tells me all I need to know. We are very much in it and have as good a shot as Georgia to land his signature.

I actually think we have a better shot than UGA.

When a committed players set a commitment ceremony it usually means the players is flipping.

Yeah I agree with that as well. I worded my post a little differently than I intended. If a guy has been committed to a school for 4-5 months and is going to then announce his decision, things typically don't end well for the school he's committed to.
