Nothing negative. Negative would be calling it complete luck. But it wasn't luck. They fought. They earned it. They worked their butts off and earned that win vs. a 4-4 south Carolina team.

I love my vols and don't need anyone else's opinion to validate my fandom. I support my team and want them to win and want CBJ to succeed. That said, there is absolutely nothing wrong with rational questioning of questionable calls. Most people critical of CBJ that I have seen question his questionable calls. I will eat my crow for feeling down when we went down two scores, but I won't take back my questioning of the FG attempts.

Just enjoy the win and don't try to be a self righteous jerk about how you never questioned your faith.

Go Vols, Go CBj, and I hope they use the bye to address our sudden problems on defense.

No, I am very aware we didnt win those games. But for the negativity that is on this board DURING THE GAME, it is indefensible. Those guys are out there still fighting to the very last - thats what winners do. Losers sit here and malign them at the first turn of adversity.

Look, I am not going to say my heart didnt sink with utter despair when they got behind 14 in the last quarter. But instead of throwing my hands in the air and cursing the players and the coaches, I held on to my game ball and hoped against hope that they could dig down and pull it out. Thats why they are winners and why they are worthy of better fans than you (and probably me too)

Seriously, some mistakes were made.. but mistakes are made by every team in every game.

So how are you going to try to ruin this win?

Record setting performance by our QB..

A senior type effort and production from Hurd..

Some HUGE 3rd down conversions from the beast Pig Howard..

When it really matters, our defense comes up HUGE in overtime with 2 sacks that drive SC too far back to make the FG..

The momentum our guys have going into a bye week is huge, because they have 2 weeks of practice with that win to drive them.


So what negatives are you going to create to try to further your Negative coach bashing agenda?

Please bring them on..

I'm a sunshine pumper that went full negavol when we got down by two scores late in the game. I think folks are just venting frustration. It doesn't mean they're not fans. This was a great win on many levels. I'm glad we've found an offense but I think our defense played poorly until OT. If we can put together a complete game, we should win out.
