I'll always be a UT fan. If I avoid this forum, I won't have to listen to all the excuses. I can watch the games and track their progress from the periphery. I'm too emotionally involved at this point.

Hang in there, bud. People get tired of me ranting on this mess of an offense that Butch built that Jake pretends to run. But I like to understand why things happen the way they do. I have come to the conclusion that the offensive system, scheme, plays and player development stink. If they don't modify it Butch will be bidding adieu in a couple of years. At this stage the only game I believe they have a better than 50% chance to win is Vandy. Hopefully he will build a roster for the next guy if he chooses to continue to be stubborn and loyal to his system and coaches.

Someone earlier said the process sucks. What process? A team that is regressing. Process implies you get better.

Announcers just said AL D has gotten better throughout the season.

It's coaching with recruiting Butch. Third down for losing a lot of key home games.

Thought the TD pass was more the defender getting lost in space than anything great we did but the long run and the pass to Pig are better than anything we've seen in a meaningful game since UGA.

Also relatively pleased with the patchwork OL.

There is only one QB for this offense and that is Dobbs. When Jennings and Dormady arrive there will be two more and when Kendall arrives there will be a fourth. It takes a mobile or DT to run this offense. They have to get rid of the useless gap scheme and a lot of the sideways stuff.

lol at using AJJ to run a wildcat at that point. How idiotic.

Putting your senior LB into a package that had success in the past might not have been the best call but it certainly wasn't idiotic. Some fans think that any play that doesn't work is idiotic. It didn't help the entire right side of the line collapsed. Execution has to play a small part.
