'15 TN OT Drew Richmond (Former Ole Miss commit)

From TennStud on VQ...biggest TN booster in the Memphis.

Saturday's Football Party attracted 10-12 Memphis high school football coaches. Several were from MUS. Now please, take this info for what it is, from one of his coaches, as of Sat. night. They were sort of shocked that I was interested as they had heard how Marlon Walls and numerous other Memphis folks had tried to hook me up with Richmond and I told them, emphatically, that I did NOT get involved with any kid's school choice. When I first asked one of the MUS coaches, "Which school will Richmond attend?", he said he really didn't know, it was too close to call. When I kept pursuing the subject, he said "If Drew had to choose today, it would be UT!" Now this is contray to other info, close proximity to Ole Miss, Coach HF's all out effort, etc. but that is what the coach said. I hope he is correct but we know things change quickly in recruiting!

This guy is the single most important player left to sign in this class. If I had to choose between him and Tuttle, it's very close but we need OL

We need the recruits and fans to make a big social media push this week leading up to his announcement.

Roy seems to be saying the same thing Galilee is.

I get the feeling he will pick UT but its going to be a long and ugly battle to NSD.

Another bad sign is that Fortenberry was asked over/under 1.5 4/5 stars at the end of September.

Fortenberry said if you count 2016, over. It makes it seem like he'd take the under if it was just 2015.

Not to veer off subject, but who woukd be the 2016 5* we could get by September's end?

Sure hope CBJ can get this kid. Don't like seeing 4 of the last 5 CB picks are to Ole Miss including Charles Power today. Stewart, Jones, Hall, and Boulware is still a very good OL class. Richmond is #1 on the board at this point though.

Uh...what does it mean when one of Tennessees biggest booster has had people trying to hook him up and get involved in Richmonds recruiting?

It's probably nothing but it does sound kinda bad.
