'15 GA WR Preston Williams (UT Signee 2/4/15)

Rivals has gone downhill these last couple years in evaluations. This solidifies even more reason not to follow them.

247 overtook Rivals as the best service in the business 2 years ago imo. 247's site is much cleaner and their ratings are much better and more in depth imo.

The only reason I visit rivals anymore is because Hubbs/Fortenberry are much better at covering Tennesse compared to Callahan/Rucker.

Sad but true. That dude has some sort of agenda with PWilly.

Moved him down to #64

Criminally underrated... by all services still. This guy is a top 10 player in the nation. I can't wait to see him prove it on the field this year.

But seriously #64? Really Rivals? There are seriously 7 WRs better than P Willy. Bwwhahahaha... Laughable.

I'm not that big of a star-gazer, as it's what you do with them once you get them that really counts. Yet if you are going to rank them, I don't see how you could rank this guy that low. For example, Kevin Toliver is #8 overall on rivals/#7 in 247 composite. Yet every time I've seen him try to cover Williams, Preston blew past him with relative ease. I mean beat him badly, toyed with him really.

Williams has better measurable but imo Cain is more explosive and better route runner. Both will play on Sunday's.

If we are talking strictly upside, Williams has Calvin Johnson type upside and Cain has Crabtree type upside.

Alvin Harper.

Kid catches everything thrown at him and is deceptively fast.

That one hander against three other kids triple covering hin in a 7v7 match was nasty.
If anybody has that clip or knows what page it is on, bump it up. We all need to watch it again, amazing skills, hands, aND leaping ability. Going to break records in Orange

If Rivals re-categorizes the WR's to slot WR and wide WR like the other position groups (such as OLB/MLB, WDE/SDE etc), Cain would be the No.1 slot and PWilliams will be top wideout. No doubt this would bump PWill way up the charts

I don't think Cain would be limited to slot on many teams.
