it was a Poker Run and that moron just got that boat,tried to get up to the front and run with the big dogs,then tried to run across a wake at the wrong angle... and 40'+ boats at 70+ MPH put out some big wakes...

Looks like a "Go fast" boat going too fast in inclement conditions. The waves/wake are pretty rough off the back of the vessel. He took a turn too sharp and it appears like he skipped a wave.

The one girl was already nervous because she's hanging on to the side rail with everything she's got (which isn't a lot). I'm also guessing the girl in pink was knocked out.
