Hell yesssssssss!! Way to go Chris!!! We needed you to make it in big time! Your hard work and effort has paid off! Now to work even harder and have the time of your life!!

Ps- proved the haters wrong!!

Except Jabo Lee signed and didnt make it in....

so theres that

Jabo wasn't honest with the staff about the significance of his knee injury. Not only did he have academic issues, he also had a torn ACL that he wasn't truthful about.

The staff placed him at Temple, I believe, after the ordeal. I was thinking about some of the RBs we had recently....

Tom Smith- transferred out
Alden Hill- transferred out
Davante Bourque- Didn't make it through Fall Camp
Q. Watson- processed out
Jabo Lee- ^^ above scenario
DY- bounced around between RB and WR.

You got to love Callahan's turd in the punch bowl posts after some good news...

"I spoke with a source very close to the situation, and Weatherd still is waiting to be fully cleared academically to enroll at Tennessee. But the enrollment process now has begun, and the news here is that things are moving well enough that the consensus seems to be that Weatherd will be able to join the Vols in time for preseason camp, barring an unexpected snag in the admission process.

People within UT's program fully expect Weatherd to get in, so that hasn't changed from our original report. But some of the details regarding where things stand academically are a bit different from how they've been portrayed in some reports, so that's worth noting for now."

So he has a jersey, a number, and a playbook, but "meh pump the brakes" from Ryan"

People, please stop bashing our players. You have know idea the reasons for his delay in enrolling, and no one else is talking about the details. If he fails to qualify, then feel free to bash a young man, of course. But until then, please reserve your judgment. You will look like a fool for bashing a player you might be celebrating in November.

I'm looking forward to bumping this in a few months.
