It actually is, in a way. Milk and chocolate are the cause of about 70% of the food allergy problems that some suffer. I made that percentage up but it's pretty high.

That's exactly where I was going with the post. My brother was being checked every 6 months for essentially the same problem. On the third checkup, they found esophageal cancer. He had to undergo a 9 hour operation, but he's fine now.

That's exactly where my dad is. He gets checked every six months. They found a lesion and biopsied it. Benign. Yay. But his issues didn't go away. His biggest issue is "acid reflux" which manifests itself as pain and trouble breathing. It's a waiting game it seems.

It's the hardest way to go, the wait and see. Every chemo my mom's been on is "lets see if this one works". Four years of it, and I'm tired. But there isn't another option.
