You routinely said gotta have top 20 classes and make the NCAAT every year.
If you're not gonna stand behind those standards why have them, you got 2 mouths? Damn.
i think its bc u leave off the words build up too and trend strongly towards....after four yrs it was obvious it probably wasnt going to happen.
So you never made a post that Martin has to recruit top 20 classes to be successful without using the words "build up to" of trending strongly towards" because I'll pull your posts right now showing you've said that.

To win the NCAA title, yes he does.
To win at the level Zo won at, probably top 40-50 will do.
If we sign 6-8 players this spring, we might end up with close to a top 20 class this year just on numbers alone.
If true he's dumber than I thought and has no excuse if this team sucks next year
Not really. He can't force young men to want to be here, so if they choose to leave, why should he waste time regretting their decision. He's a new coach worried about putting together a team for the coming season. He doesn't have time to care that they want to leave.
Now as a fan, I care, but he simply doesn't have the luxury of wasting that time. It just means he needs to look for two more bodies.
I believe Coach T addressed this in the video you provided. Who do we believe, you and your secret source or Coach T? Let VN decide!

A persons opinion who I trust and who many on here know, says that Tyndall has walked into the situation with the signees and current roster with a "its gonna be my way or the highway approach".
I understand the concept, but I also understand this isn't Morehead state or Southern Miss, a lot of those guys didn't have other options, or better options. These guys all do.
You're talking about losing 6-7 top 200 players, SEC caliber players who had very good offer listers, and replacing them with guys who you had to beat out FGCU for, or fight off Missouri for. I think they're decent guys that he's bringing in, but wasn't the knock previously that you had to have highly ranked guys to win?
It's a risk, IMO if they fall on their face and win 12-15 games next year and finish 12-14 place in the SEC next year this method was a failure. Even if you go in showing a little more willingness even if it's window dressing, you can retain most of the guys. If you wanna weed them out after the year ok, but at least by then you'll have had a chance to fill their spots with talented 2015 recruits.
If he goes and takes 3 JUCOs, and 3 freshman to fill out the roster, that only leaves you with 2-3 scholarships for 2015.
