These points are spot on.He was overcoached last year and when he did play, he wasn't asked to or allowed to create. He has great vision and sees passing lanes other guards don't. His bad turnovers were when Martin had him trying to make a 3.foot pass near midcourt before going to stand in the corner. His best game was when he was given the starting reigns. Then he got starter practice minutes and never played close to the same again.
If those guys leave, it has little to do with basketball on the court imo. Maybe they are there for other reasons or don't want to truly work hard if they do leave.
Might be nothing but fwiw this "rumor" is popping up much more than on just Vandy message boards. Reminds me of the Golden thing that everyone shrugged off, but turned out to be true.
Cuonzo recruit a bunch of pansie azz babies that can't handle change? I thought he created men. It sounds like a bunch of damn women
could just be me personally but Thompson doesn't seem to have a true position. He did some nice things at Point but just looked like a SG to me, but his outside shooting game was nothing like it was projected to be.
They must be afraid of new recruits that have not even signed yet! Give me a break and explain why a sure starter give up a year of eligibility by transferring? Doesn't pass the smell test IMO!Might be nothing but fwiw this "rumor" is popping up much more than on just Vandy message boards. Fail post
Thompson can be a great PG. His passing abilities alone show that. He was a true fresman being coached by Bozo the Clown.
