I can't believe they're gonna have Daniel Bryan vs Kane. Sucks they're giving him the CM Punk treatment already. Kane needs to go away.

Disappointed Bad News Barrett didnt rock the mic before his match.........we need to hear some bad news! Evolution is back and the entrance music is next level! Paige is well just awesome!

Paige needs to have more time on her matches for them to be good, her Natty match was really good

Evolution coming back makes sense . . . Except for there being no Flair to play the old guy . . . and there being no young guy . . . and two of them being in their mid 40s.

...and what is it with HHH and his fascination with being part of a faction with a cheesy name: The Bluebloods, The Kliq, DX, Evolution, The Authority? It's like a mental disorder.

I disagree, if they can pull off maybe a new mask/slightly altered suit and have kane pull some evil ****, he can be a viable placeholder for Bryan until the Shield/Cena/Wyatts are done with their things.

That's the problem. I don't think they will.

On a related note, Jim Ross was really going off yesterday on twitter about how much villains suck now. Here's some of the stuff he said:

What traits must a top TV wrestling villain possess 2 motivate ticket buyers 2 invest in seeing villain get their ass whipped? Who gets it?

If pro wrestling villains rarely cheat, have abundant, redeeming social qualities, they're not villains. Stop BS'ing yourself.

Pro wrestling villains must have rules to break. What're moves are illegal? Fewer & fewer. That fine gray line between good/evil is a joke.

What does Cesaro do to cheat, gain unfair advantages? Nothing of consequence. Same 4 Lesnar

I'd estimate that half of today's TV wrestling heels aren't equipped ie guts & toughness to be great villains. Most had rather be cool.

TV wrestling villains must lie, selectively be a coward, be a bully when they can, gain unfair advantages ***** & moan, & disrespect fans

People will prolly find issue with that, especially since he mentioned Cesaro and Lesnar, but you know what? He's right. It's pretty sad that the best heel on the WWE roster is still HHH.

Night of Champions PPV is coming to Nashville (Bridgestone Arena) on Sunday, September 21st.

The presale is live right now. Password is NASHVILLE.

Regular sale begins June 28th.

Thought some of you may be interested.

What do we call Bray Wyatt? A heel because he's opposite Cena, their paragon of faces? An anti hero like The Rock or Stone Cold were? Or is he making something entirely new? I feel like he's closer to the last one than he is a heel at least, and he's not really fighting an equally evil thing like the Rock or Stone Cold did.

I think he is a heel, however in today's wtestling I think the crowd reactions play as much in whether a character is heel or face. Take Batista for example: they wanted him to come back as a face but the crowd just wouldn't have it. I do think they set the feud with Cena and Wyatt up though to point Wyatt in the direction of a heel and hope that was the way the crowd saw it.

They are using Wyatt to "bring out the monster" in Cena. He is currently playing the anti-hero. If they have Wyatt make a second attempt to bring down Daniel Bryan after the Cena feud, the Wyatts will become heels overnight.

I had a dream, why about wrestling I don't know.

But, CM Punk came back at the beginning of RAW, was preaching about why he left, that kind of thing, and suddenly his microphone goes out, he has no clue why, then the lights cut out and a spotlight hits the crowd, there standing in the middle of everyone, is Sting holding a baseball bat. We see one reaction of Punk and it cuts to commercial.

Now if that happens, i wouldn't mind. Sting vs CM Punk, I'd go ape****.

That would get a huge pop!

This is proof that some can do a better job writting the storylines than what WWE has now in their sleep.

I think pairing anybody off with Cena in the hopes of getting them over as heels is a bad idea. Anybody that opposes Cena will automatically gain cool points with the 13 and over crowd. Even the Million Dollar Man would have a hard time being a heel against Cena.

Now, my obligatory Paige picture of the day:

again, they wouldn't be trying to bring out an evil side of Cena if they were playing Wyatt as a heel right now. Yeah, he was a heel, and a good one with the Daniel Bryan story. It ended really quickly, and the plots changed. Creative at WWE sucks, but they could easily turn Wyatt back into a heel. It's probably a good reason they aren't pushing a Shield vs Wyatts feud too heavy. It would be way too difficult to push either side as one or the other.
