Recruiting Forum: Football Talk XI

Don't be afraid for me lil champion...I've been doing this for awhile...if my act has grown tiresome enough for posters I respect...like it seems to have with Ron...I'll Bruin out for the greater good...no smarm.

It's just me and my daughter nowadays...this place is an escape...I give a little serious opinion mixed with what I consider sports bar talk...Gibson has all the talent in the world...if he commits next week...ahead of Gentry...I'll root for his success...I hope Gentry edges him out...because I think Gentry is better for our team...if those kind of opinions are so tiresome on here that it's become "unbearable"...I'll bow to the majority...stir the tea leaves

Ok out of respect for you Ron :)

Screw them Butchna. Say what you want. How ever many times you want to. EVERY damn one of them repeats things a hundred times WHEN THEY think it's cute. The only reason you're catching hell for it is because you're not saying something cute that agrees with their opinion.

Personally, I read EVERY single one of your posts, because I think you are quite humorous. Whether I agree with your opinion in the post is beside the point. It is still funny.

You keep posting. I'll keep reading them.

Thanks BB...I like it on here...laugh hard...and get loads of info and tidbits...enjoy all of you...even Oskie...like I said wasn't trying to derail and make anything personal....I'll try giving SOME things a rest after making a point.

Darr could be this year's Palardy. Would be nice to get a good return on that scholarship for at least one season.

if Medley comes in and gets the kicking done we are good to go on those needs.

dallasajackson: There is a new JuCo football program starting in Miami. Open house is 4-11-13. So many athletes w/o grades there. This could be HUGE.

They have said they aren't going to broadcast the O&W game this year on TV at least in TN. They are trying to make it where everyone has to come to the game. I unfortunately will not get to go because I am in making music at Freed-Hardeman. So Im gonna miss the game.... sad day.

Freed is in my hometown of Henderson. Do you live there or just doing some business there?

RecruitingAJC: Tue 12:12pm ELCA (Ga) OLB Nick Dawson went to Ole Miss last wk. He's going to #Vols this wkd & GaTech next wk

didn't see a thread on this kid.

yep that 11 personnel is nasty

Hurd/Lane
Helm/Wolf

North
VP
Croom/Malone

lot of talent at the skill positions there and a much different picture than what we saw last year

And this is one reason I think we will have better play from our QB's. I think JW was starting to make progress when he was injured. He and all the others will have completed their 2nd spring practice and fall two-a-days which you would think would lead to improved play from all of them. In addition to the extra practice time, we now have A more experienced North plus Pearson and Malone at receivers so we should have a better receiving corps. Not saying we're ready to win the SEC this year, but I do have hope we begin to see a glimpse of what lies ahead as Butchs' recruits become experienced upperclassmen.

Wear it with pride, lol
