I recently had a tragedy. Spilt water on my macbook. So that was terribly annoying. I ended up getting a HP Envy. And honestly it feels just like my macbook except it has the gross Windows 8, would much rather have had windows 7

Ok let me get this straight. You think UT could go after Smart after he turned down the Marquette job which pays more than UT can offer. No disrespect dude but that's absurd.

I signed the petition because I wanted Bruce back. That simple. I sure hope I didn't hurt CCM's feelings or make our team play worse because of it.

I do not proclaim to be a basketball understanderer (that's special English), but I do know that the basketball I watched this season was no fun, until about the last week and a half or so. The choice of when to call time-outs was befuddling, and then the plays that would ensue following said time-outs were even more baffling.

I'm sure that I'm not a true fan due to my wandering eyes. True fans are supposed to be pleased with whatever product is placed in front of them for as long as it is placed in front of them.

(However, I believe there are some VN members who have some sort of special understanding that allows them to know at what point vocal disappointment in the team does not jeopardize true fandom. In the future I will look to them for guidance in these issues.)

Just wanted to come in and wish everyone luck in their next three weeks. At 5 in the morning, I leave for SF prep course for 19 days, the start to my Green Beret journey. I am sadly going to miss the rest of spring camp and the O&W game, but I would hope for a good update when I get back Apr 18! Go Vols!

Looks like the National championship will go to either Kentucky or UF.

Man, I sure love seeing our "rivals" win big.

But, uh, SECSECSEC, right?

So a dude gets a Seattle Seahawks Super Bowl Champions tattoo a year before they win it... then a UK fan gets a National Championship (Basketball) tattoo way in advance.... and now it looks like that might happen.

Someone should get a UT National Championship tattoo... seems to work

Funny how the only people calling this fan base passionate is the fan base. In the real world it's the laughing stock of the tournament. Sort of like a schizophrenic telling the doctor he's not.

My ultimate point is the guy has only been here three years and he got us to the sweet sixteen, which is NOT mediocrity. He earned himself more time.

Coach K would have never lasted at Duke if they'd only given him three years. Not saying Martin is Coach K, but I am saying he needs more time before we can judge.

To understand mediocrity in SEC basketball, go check out the recruiting rankings of recent Alabama, Mizzou, and LSU classes and then go check their records. Martin gets much more out of his players than most posters care to acknowledge.

Dude. It's March. We just made the sweet 16. Our b-ball coach may be leaving. Football is 5 months away. Is your tolerance for non-football discussion really this low?

+ this is more of the off topic thread.... theres an entire forum dedicated to the football team. each recruit has their own thread, and thats where their recruiting info is found.

besides this is the "Tennessee Vols Recruiting" forum... its not the "Tennessee Vols Football Recruiting" forum... we just kind of made it that way.

Its much funnier to me the fans that go out of their way to try and bash their own fan base.

I've been saying for a while that Cuonzo's not happy here. Hasn't been happy for a year. I think he leaves if given the opportunity. Wouldn't be surprised if Hart reduced the buyout. I could be wrong but that's the feeling I get from information I was told from someone who should know.

Coach k started coaching in era where no one left early so you needed more time to build a program

Zo could be on the cusp of becoming a really good coach. Just had a really fun tourney run. But it is also true that we were in he playin game for a reason
