Did anyone else know Sal Sunseri's daughter is not only still enrolled at UT but a member of the LV Volleyball team?

In other news, she is considerably better looking than her father.

My comment was basically in reference to the players wanting to be treated as employees but "not really" treated as employees. If any one of us worked and received some kind of compensation (received something in return), then it is usually taxable. Even bartering is considered income in the tax code. I agree these guys work alot and put in "work" hours, but I am on the side that believes these players benefit from the college level to promote themselves for the professional level. Big time college football gets you noticed.

It is a polarizing subject, and everyone has a different opinion. This unionizing deal is a little different than the discussion regarding paying them.

I love this quote about Croom. It sounds like he's really embracing the physical receiver role. It will be a great thing.

He wants to keep all 4 of them engaged and fighting for the job. Do the coaches have a front runner? Oh yea. It wouldn't surprise me if they waited until the spring game to name the number 1 guy, though.

They're just playing coy. They'll be saying that till the day a starter is named. If the coaches truly have no private opinion on who is even a little better, we need to worry about coaches.

I want them to name one publicly so they can go ahead and start building the team around them.

If this lasts past spring it is a mistake.

I bet a true number 1 isn't named until fall. Hypothetically let's say Dobbs is the guy they like. They name him starter now, Peterman and Ferguson bolt this summer and we are left with 2 QBs. I really wish Worley would outright win the job because it would allow the other three another year of development and believing they are the next QB. Would make the competition better IMO.

Ahhh I'm having nightmares about our offensive line. Could possibly start the year Gilliam, Jackson, Crowder, ?, Thomas/Kerbyson.


How many combined games of experience would they have? And basically all of it coming from Jackson.

Blair is very important to an O line that's already a weak spot on our team.. He has the rest of the spring, and summer, but to think it's not a big deal is silly. IMO

Well how about you give Butch and company a call and let them know how it's suppose to be done. I mean....you obviously know more than them.
