Same sex marriage ban ruled unconstitutional in Michigan

Yes it is. If there is no way to verify the persons identity at the pols how could we know the extent of the problem?

So a large number of people are stealing other peoples voter registration and headin off to the polls?

In many places you do not even have to show a registration card.

Again, how can we know the extent of the problem when there is no way to verify the identity of the person voting?

Many places? Name them.

Where do you not have to show a registration card? Perhaps those states should pass voter registration laws, before they try dealing with voter ID laws.

TN only passed voter id laws I believe in 2011. IIRC, the 2012 is the first election I have voted in that I had to show any kind of id. I can only recall one time that I was asked for my voter registration card.

I've only voted in person twice, but both times my registration card was asked for

I do always find a certain satisfaction in the irony that the dudes most afraid of gays are the ones who attempt to act the most tough and masculine.. :)

You're insinuating that people who oppose gay "marriage" are homophobes; i.e., fearful of gays. Does the average asshat understand the difference between being opposed to fake marriage and having a fear (phobia) of something/someone? It appears this may be one of the few areas where you're qualified to give an opinion.

Is the change since 1960 a result of desegregation?

I would say no. Society is progressive. Even racists don't like to be called racists. Desegregation happened because the majority was for equal rights. It wasn't government leading the way, it was the people. Yeah a few states would have been a few years behind, but they all would have been shamed into it, with or without the law.

IMO, if it had happened organically rather than by force, there would be less resentment and race relations today would be even better than they are.

Seeing these filthy perverts and their make-believe families makes me sick. And the innocent victims, the children, will suffer.
