Welcome to Volunteer
OnLine Service Webring (V.O.L.S. Webring). This webring
was created in March of 1997 by a guy named Meathead. Apparently
he grew the ring quite well, but eventually did not have time to
maintain it. I took over in September of 2003 with the hopes of
bringing it back to life. A webring is an excellent chance for
your web-site to get noticed.
