Josh Briscoe is another player that will join the Vols early and particpate in bowl preparations and spring practice. He graduated high school in December and will enroll at the University of Tennessee in January.

Briscoe is a consensus top 100 Wide Receiver in the nation. He accumulated over 2000 receiving yards in his final two years of high school. As a Sr. in 2004 he finished with 47 catches for 1128 yards and 9 touchdowns on a team that finised the season 12-2. For his career Josh racked up 164 catches for 3517 yards. He was ranked the number one Wide Reciever in the nation by NCHSfootball.com.

Tidbits: Josh was the student body Vice President his Junior year in high school. He also played basketball in both is sophomore and junior years. Josh Briscoe was born December 9, 1986.
