We finally have movement on the jumbotron situation, which has been a source of much angst for Tennessee fans over the past couple of months.
Sources close to the situation told Local 8 News that work has been scheduled for Monday to start the process of removing the picture of ex-UT Football Coach Butch Jones from the jumbotron that hangs over Neyland Stadium.
Weather conditions could determine how long it will be before fans see the jumbotron Butch Jones-free.
Update: According to John Brice, the plan is to replace Jones’ image with legendary Tennessee linebacker Al Wilson.
