Friday night dinner

I'm sure this is discussed in other threads, sorry for the duplication. Trying to decide on dinner location this Friday night. Might try Calhouns but it will obviously be packed. I'm willing to wait about an hour, maybe, but if it's a 2 hour wait, forget it. Anybody been on a busy Friday night?

Up for other suggetsions as well. Arriving at Hilton late Friday afternoon so probably keep it in and around campus/downtown.

That's probably one of your best options. Barley's is a great place and won't exactly be a "UT Fan" destination come tonight. It gets a little crowded later but nothing too severe; if you get there at a reasonable hour for dinner you'll be fine. It's also a pretty manageable walk from the Hilton.

Otherwise, 31 Bistro in Market Square is good and pretty much perpetually dead. I'd imagine Cafe 4 will have a good amount of business and can only assume that DTGB will be filled to the rafters.
