Has anyone tailgated there before? For years I thought that was reserved for donor parking passes until I seen parking list on some site for Knoxville parking. It said it was $30. If anyone has tailgated there how early do you have to arrive? I have not donated for 30 years or make 10k donations every year and very limited on parking.
