If I remember correctly I compared CJP to a high school coach I once watched build a program.
Today I watched as CJP leaving the field from a 1st signature win was unhappy about not closing out the win but instead having to hang on for that win. I swear I had seen a coach say that exact same thing once.

I think CJP is the guy to get this done
