Volleyballers take down LSU in 4 sets!

To kick off a Sunday that could be very good to both Volleyball and Soccer the Lady Vols took over in the 4th set to win it 25 - 15, Led by Tessa Grubbs with 20 kills followed closely by Erica Trieber with 19, the ladies looked like a veteran team taking their second road game in 3 days. Another good win on a day when undefeated Florida went down in flames to Mizzou. I love it when Florida gets beat at anything!

Seeing them give up that 10-1 lead and losing that 1st set made me anxious. But despite spotty mental lapses and lack of precision at times, this team proved that it has turned the corner and is back to be reckoned with.

A return home Wed. night will be a welcome relief, but the Gamecocks will be another challenge.
