But the court is not deciding the big issue in the case, whether a business can refuse to serve gay and lesbian people.

That was never the issue.

It's probably the correct ruling, but never fear, the threat of a law suit should be enough to scare most people from testing this law out again.

Furthermore, this is a win for Muslims as well who have a problem with this. Are you, a leftist, saying you disagree with giving Muslims the right to exercise their religion? LOL
