All "Not Secure" means is that the site doesn't have an SSL certificate, ie: the url starts with http:// instead of https://

Nothing to be worried about. SSL certs are the new defacto to companies like Google, Firefox, Apple, etc... It doesn't mean the site is actually unsafe.

I haven’t updated our certificate and converted everything over yet. But I plan to at some point.

On a site like this it’s not a big deal because you aren’t posting private information, unless you are worried that someone sniffing traffic might see your takes on Tennessee football.

But we will switch over at some point.

The only real concern is that the sign-in password isn't encrypted. But only if someone is using the same password in multiple places...I'm sure no one does that.
Can always use a free Let's Encrypt certificate too (Let's Encrypt - Free SSL/TLS Certificates). They're pretty easy to use & install.
