I love early Stones and mid-to-late Beatles, but I don't ever have expectations for projects like this. Cool if it's cool, tho.

Paul has put out some catchy tunes in recent years. Nothing iconic but still fun music.

I will give this a listen but I’m not going in expecting an al-time classic.

This might be common knowledge, but I just found out the Beattles had Billboard's top 5 songs in April 1964. That is incredible.

The songs in the top five included: “Please Please Me” at five, “I Want to Hold Your Hand” at four, “She Loves You” at three, “Twist and Shout” at 2 and “Can't Buy Me Love” at 1.

Critics like the new album....

I’ve heard Hackney Diamonds. It’s the best Rolling Stones album since 1978

Will Hodgkinson, chief rock and pop critic for The Times, received early access to the entirety of the album. Hodgkinson noted that Hackney Diamonds "sound like a summation of all the things that make the Stones great" and is "unquestionably the Stones' best [album] since" Some Girls (1978)
