But we all know people who prefer to wear one of the other colors with just an Orange T on it.
I know a woman (I will tactfully call her Large Marge) who is a huge (literally) Vol fan.
But she refuses to wear Orange because she says it makes her look fatter.
She instead wears black with an orange flower attached to it.

I would like to see an orange upper deck and white lower deck against KY. Those heathens are trying to steal the checkerboard so give 'em something to consider!

I also know a male Vol fan that won’t wear Orange.
Big macho, bodybuilder type guy.
He says that orange, yellow, red and all bright colors are feminine that men shouldn’t wear.
He will only wear black or gray with an orange Power T on it to games.
People are crazy.

As for all us fat people, it’s the fat that makes me look fat. Not the color of my clothes.

Checker Neyland is one gimmick that the fans have to own.

Maybe bring it back in a few years. After they can win a SEC or two.

I got orange shirts, white shirts and gray shirts.
orange hats, white hats and gray hats.
gray pants and white pants.

Think I'll wear one of each color.

Checker Neyland is only a "gimmick" because of the performance of the team during the era we did it, and the reputation of the coach we had at the time. If the 2-3 year period we did Checker Neyland involved a great team, people would love it. If it went away and came back a few seasons later, it'd bring back positive memories.

Same reason Georgia hasn't done those black jerseys or the "blackout" anymore. I personally thought it looked good, but Alabama curb stomped them in a home game they were supposed to win.
