Official Miami Marlins thread

It is definitely a new era for you guys.... Yeah I expect to see a lot of support for them as well. The Marlins have a chance to be major players.

Miami is one of the worst sports cities in the country. Ever catch a Heat game on TV? They've got the big three and the bottom tier is still half empty. And that's in the middle of a game. The first and fourth quarters are even worse.

Wait until the new car smell goes away, and the Marlins will be begging people to come.

Watching the game against the Phillies. Absolutely horrid weather in Philadelphia.

Tie game, 1-1. Although the runner who scored for Philly should have been called out at 2nd.

Another blown save by Heath Bell. Good Lord, just an awful performance. Carlos Zambrano is going to kill Bell.

Hopefully they can hold on and put something together.

Wow

Morrison just dropped the third out and now the Marlins have gone from winning 4-1, to losing 5-4 in the top of the 9th.

Logan Morrison's attitude is what all the haters think Bryce Harper's is

Enjoyed watching the game tonight vs the Cubbies. Ozzie's first game back.

Hanley knocked one out for a 3 run homer in the 8th. Marlins won 5-2.

Solid performance by both Johnson and Heath Bell. Glad to see them both do well.

Still waiting to see Zambrano punch Heath Bell for costing him his opportunity at getting his first win for the third time.

Another blown save for Heath Bell last night.

Thankfully they managed to still win in extra innings.

Nice to see Reyes living up to his contract after finally giving a crap about baseball last year since 2008.

Not.

Bell deserves a licking. He has cost Zambrano 3 wins.

Marlins are paying Bell $9,000,000/year.

Hopefully he can eventually find his groove.

Wow. They must have "gone all in" to break in their new stadium. Too bad it blew up in their face.

Long season. Marlins have been as good as anyone this month. April was another story. Who knows what June will bring.

As far as Bell goes, dude is all over the place.

One minute he looks solid, the next he is awful. He almost lost the game today against the Mets. (thank you Stanton)

If he mangages to find himself, I'll be happy.

Another good game by Stanton has the Marlins up 8-4 on the Braves going into the bottom 9th.

If there is anyone who can blow this lead, it's 2012 Heath Bell.
