Manafort Trial Thread Part II

Mueller has pardon proofed Manafort's plea deal.

"The deal states that if Manafort’s guilty pleas or convictions are wiped out for any reason, prosecutors immediately have the right to charge him with any other crimes he may have committed previously or confessed to during recent plea negotiations."

Hmmmmmm... interesting. So they threaten to charge him over something that is completely out of his control and the result of no action on his own. Manafort has no say in the process. That’s all Trump. If stated as you say I’d like to see that stand up to scrutiny. It’s a threat plain and simple and not even veiled.

Mueller had had the reputation for years of being a piece of scat.

ND40 and hog will be along to argue a process crime where the process neted Mueller $20 mil plus.

He’s been treated like an animal. Total witch hunt.
At least manafort gets a toothbrush and soap.

Paul Manafort pleaded not guilty Thursday in New York state's Supreme Court to state fraud charges brought by the Manhattan district attorney's office, the third criminal case he has faced in recent years and one that may trigger a battle on double jeopardy grounds.
The former chairman of President Donald Trump's 2016 campaign, Manafort is charged by state prosecutors with 16 felony counts, including residential mortgage fraud and falsifying business records.
