A prosecutor requesting a delay happens all the time. There is nothing wrong with that.

Either a prosecutor knows what he thinks he does, or he doesn't. If he doesn't, then he had no business starting things in the first place. The "when to start" timing was all in his court - no excuse for needing a delay.

Yes, but they're so anxious to seize any possible misstep by Mueller, no matter how minor, to discredit this investigation.

we have been told time again the reason it is taking so long was because Mueller was doing the best job ever on it, it was yuge, just ask anyone. but what we have seen has not been that good, which raises the question of if he is doing a poor job, why is it taking so long?

at this rate his coup de grace is going to come after Trump's term(s) is up. damage done.

Has Mueller made one public comment since being appointed special counsel? I mean, I could see the charge if made against Avenatti, but Mueller has kept his nose to the grindstone.

Why hasn’t Acosta or any other left media loon tracked him down to ask questions?

A Russian company indicted by special counsel Robert Mueller for its alleged involvement in a 2016 election meddling scheme is using some of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh's legal arguments to back up its motion to dismiss the case

Kavanaugh is referenced nine times, the outlet reported — including one case in which he wrote: "[W]e caution the government that seeking criminal penalties for violations of [laws regulating foreign nationals' political contributions or expenditures] will require proof of defendant's knowledge of the law

Trump-appointed judge upholds Mueller's legitimacy

A federal judge appointed by President Donald Trump ruled Monday that special counsel Robert Mueller's probe is constitutional and legitimate, rejecting an effort by a Russian company -- accused of financing a massive political influence operation in the United States
Judge Dabney Friedrich, who Trump appointed to the U.S. District Court of Washington D.C. last year, is the fourth judge to quash efforts to upend Mueller's legitimacy and cancel his investigation. Judges overseeing the two trials of former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort -- D.C. judge Amy Berman Jackson and Eastern District of Virginia Judge T.S. Ellis -- rejected Manafort's bid to invalidate Mueller.
