Lots of time left in this one, but it's currently 14-7 Indiana at the end of the 1st quarter. Indiana has only beaten Penn St once (2013) in the 21 total meetings between the two.

Nope. 17-14 PSU now. Indiana could have possibly tied it up on a field goal but instead fumbled the ball at the PSU 23.

Indiana teases their fanbase with so many upsets and never pulls it off.

They even get an onsides kick and 50 seconds left to get a TD and of course do nothing but hold on their last possession. Lucky for the fanbase though, they had all gone home by then.
