Opt out malware

I have some opt out malware on my galaxy s5. Ive followed various instruction to get rid of it but it doesnt go away. Anyone have this issue?

Check these apps:
HD Wallpaper
Paid apps gone free
Find a way addictive puzzle
Nostalgic sliding puzzle game
Music download player

Go to settings/more/battery see if an app is working it's way up the battery usage list.

Surely I can't be the only Galaxy user that can give this guy some troubleshooting ideas?
