Do they sell alcohol at concerts there? I’m assuming no which may influence my decision to go to another venue for the same show.

Any bad seats?

Gonna go see Def Leppard and Journey? I think I saw it was in June.

Hmmmm! I almost bought tickets for Journey a couple of years ago, but I can't imagine them without Steve Perry

The guy now sounds and looks just like him.

They're gonna be in Tampa and I'm thinking about it.

I think I would enjoy it.

Actually going to see Chris Stapleton but I've seen Journey with the new guy and it sounds the same. Very good show.

I live in western NC so we usually go to shows in Charlotte, Greenville SC, and Harraha casino in Cherokee.

I'm cool with a slipping in a flask to sip during the show but prefer a venue where we can just buy a couple drinks during the show.

Absolutely nothing to do with the thread, but I took my lumber grading course at Haywood college in waynesville NC.

(more nothing to do with this thread...) I've been thru Waynesville a few times. We play golf in Canton at Springdale and have to go thru the city. Cool little town. I'd love to spend some time and wander around downtown

Nice area, that’s normally the way I go back to Kentucky. I get on I-40 there, and into Tennessee.

Funny thing is I say that about Journey, but I went to see Queen back in August.

I get it though, no matter how good or close to original, its just not the same.

That said, Im a big Styx fan and I went to see them a few years ago. Like someone mentioned, its nothing compared to Dennis DeYoung, but Tommy Shaw and James Young were a big enough part of them, that I still enjoyed it.

I enjoyed where it took me mentally. I really think Journey would be awesome. Def Leppard should at least be fun.

I haven't seen them live, but I watched Styx on a vh1 concert a couple of years ago where they played Grand Illusion and Pieces of Eight in their entirety. The new guy they've got sounds quite a bit like DeYoung.
